Class Descriptions

Build strength and flexibility while putting your mindfulness muscle to practice in this moderately-paced class for all levels. Occasionally, challenging poses such as handstand and arm balances may be introduced, but preparatory poses and modifications will be offered.

An all levels class bringing balance and strength to your mind, body, and soul. This steady-paced class includes a breath-synchronized series of poses that flows smoothly between Sun Salutation inspired sequences and longer-held poses, guiding students through a moving meditation. This class emphasizes the development of core strength for joint stability and increased endurance.

A gentle but challenging Vinyasa style class, designed to provide an accessible experience to every body in the room, while inviting experienced students to explore their limits safely and with a strong emphasis on alignment and body awareness.

A full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice, or pranayama. These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic flows that build strength and increase endurance.

Wrap up your week with our Friday Night Flow! This all-levels class blends invigorating poses (asanas) and mindful breathwork (pranayama) leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for the weekend!

Guided by two experienced teachers, Meredith and Charlene, alternating weekly, we explore flowing movements paired with conscious breathwork to create balance and ease. Each class weaves in yoga philosophy, offering not only a physical practice but also wisdom to inspire a deeper connection to yourself. This soulful session is perfect for anyone looking to start their Sunday with clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of vitality. All are welcome- come as you are!
